Move-In Basics

 

Before you settle into your new home, there are a few fees to prepare for.

  • Admin Fee:$125 Per Applicant
  • ↪ Amount to facilitate move-in process for a resident.
  • Application Fee:$30 Per Applicant
  • ↪ Amount to process application, initiate screening, and take a rental home off the market.
  • Deposit:Varies
  • ↪ Amount intended to be held through residency that may be applied toward amounts owed at move-out. Refunds processed per application and lease terms.

We have several standard charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.

  • Renters Liability Insurance:Varies/mo
  • ↪ Amount for renters liability insurance obtained through resident's provider of choice.
  • Amenity Fee:$12/mo
  • ↪ Amount for community amenity use and services.
  • Pest Fee:$3/mo
  • Trash Fee:$10/mo
  • ↪ Amount for shared trash/waste services.
  • Utility Billing Fee:$5/mo
  • ↪ Amount to manage utility services billing.

Add-Ons

 

As a resident, there are a few optional add-ons you can choose to take advantage of.

  • Parking Fee:$25/mo
  • Pet Fee:$300 (one-time fee)
  • Pet Rent:$35/mo
  • ↪ Monthly amount for authorized pet.
